There you'll spend the tour learning by doing; after brief demonstrations and description by your guides, you'll take the ropes and do it yourself three times. The dry rappel stations vary in heights from 60 feet to 129 feet. The waterfall rappels are 50 feet and 30 feet. Although there is some swimming in the natural waterfall pools after the wet rappels, all participants wear a flotation jacket for the quick paddle to the shallow side.
